Tropical Dream Pattaya Condominium - Overview

Tropical Dream is a upmarket specialty residence on Pratumnak Hill in Pattaya.  This long awaited development is the pet project of a young Hungarian businessman that has built his fortune in his home country over 2 decades in the trucking logistics business. It's also worth nothing that through the entrepreneur's business connections back home, a good portion of the project was marketed and sold overseas before recently becoming available last year to Pattaya's local market. 

Tropical Dream is now 80% sold (April, 2011).  This type of sales success is nearly unheard of in new developers but it's winning design, smart marketing, outstanding pricing and stable financial backing let Tropical Dream run with the big boys as soon as it was launched.  Finishing is impressive, offering a buyer free customizing options that are rarely seen in Pattaya condo properties.   The main lure of this project is not only it's futuristic design style and amenity package, but it's exceptional value in luxury residential that is normally not seen in Thailand's real estate market.  Standard finishing items such as smoked glass doors with nickel plated hardware, Swiss imported appliances, frameless wardrobes, a beautiful curvy stepped ceiling profile and in room jacuzzi's are just a few items that buyers can expect included in their purchase. 

The spectacular 64x11 meter swimming pool runs along the entire long edge of the building.  Clever design places the infinity edge pool's recirculating catch basins at street level to turn them into a tasteful yet dramatic water feature for passerby's to envy.  Maximum height for competing low rises is usually met with 8 stories of construction, but This project reaches the maximum build height for the area in only 6 stories due to it's tall lobby, thick floors and high ceilings.  Rooftop has been designated as a rounded publicly accessible restaurant with panoramic views over Pattaya Bay and Koh Larn Island.  Rooftop space behind the restaurant is also being leased for use as a spa treatment facility.  Tall glass lobby doors framed by Superbright LED structural up-lighting will certainly leave passerby's with neck pain after minutes of uncontrollable gawking.

As many Developers in Pattaya are centric on numbers and sales volume, 'the dream team'  seems to be focused on providing a truly custom buying experience without the custom price tag, allowing it's tenants to choose from a variety of colors, materials and finishing options for their residence.  Due to potential risk for our clients,  we do not normally list new developers on Pattaya-Developers.com. However, this non bank-funded project is one of the few exceptions because of it's strong independent financial backing combined with a high amount of registered capital puts this in the safe investment catagory.  Judging by the amount of excitement that this project has generated locally, we also expect this developer to stay for years to come.

With so many good things about the development, not everything is perfect.  The owners have a distinctive eye for quality - consequentially, they have required that multiple elements of the building construction have been done and redone in order to meet the quality standards they strive for.  Because of this, the project has been delayed twice and is now set to finish roughly 9 months behind schedule.  Buyers in the building have not been upset by this delay as it is in effort to control the build quality of this beautiful project.
