AAmazon Jomtien properties is a continuation of best selling budget project of 2010-2011 – Paradise Park. During a difficult time where some developers were struggling, Paradise Park was exactly what the market demanded, selling over 500 units in just 18 months. Amazon jomtien condos has shown no mercy by following the footsteps of it’s predecessor as Pattaya’s best selling development of late 2011. The Appeal of Iguana Group Matrix Group’s series of projects off of Soi Wat Boon over the past few years begun with Park Lane properties Pattaya, a 608 unit building that launched in 2009 and was the first major project for the Israli developer following Hyde Park I and Pattaya Heights. The appeal of Park Lane went beyond rental investors. Units looking over the swimming pool were more expensive but still quickly snatched up by the expat crowd and were a perfect match for buyers spending 3-4 months per year here in Pattaya who were sick of big hotel bills, but did not want to sink a big chunk of money into a piece of Thai real estate.

Paradise Park properties Pattaya followed in May, 2010 with an identical concept in the same location but with greater emphasis on interior finishing quality and a better engineered building plan. Paradise Park is now 95% sold out of its 500+ units in just 18 months.

The success of the projects has not gone unnoticed. The recently launched Atlantis project poses an indirect threat to the success of Amazon Paradise Jomtien with impressive financing terms, easier to access 2nd rd. location, and significantly higher interior finish quality albeit at a 15% higher price point than Amazon – well worth the price for those looking to step things up a bit.

Amazon Jomtien was designed and engineered to make both previous Pattaya condominium projects from the same developer look like childs play, architecturally speaking. The new project boasts amenities that are hard to find in condos twice this price point by many other local developers. At the time of writing, showrooms are not yet complete but we are interested to see how much more Matrix can squeeze out of a surprisingly livable 35 square meter space this time around.
